My name is Joe
Pitt. I adopted my first cat, Minoo, December 2000. In 2001 I started
fostering for a small rescue group. Since then my feline family has
grown and so has my involvement in rescue. To date I have fostered and
placed over 250 cats and kittens. My feline family consists of rescued
cats and pedigree cats. Late in 2004 I decided to start showing my Miles
Pendragon, a rescued silver tabby, as a House Hold Pet in the ACFA.
I also registered Isle Of Avalon as a Cat Haven with them. Cat Havens do
not breed. The inhabitants of Isle Of Avalon are my cats. The visitors
were
the cats and kittens I fostered for
Rescuing
Animals In Need (RAIN),
a small rescue group based in the Orlando, FL. area.
Due to a job change I had to move from Orlando, FL and now live with my
brother in Maryland. I can no longer foster, however I'm still active
with Rescuing Animals In Need on the administrative side. I do miss
having kittens in the house.
You can see some of RAIN's animals
looking for forever homes be
seen on
Petfinder.
Perhaps one of them will catch
your heart. If so contact RAIN from the link
on their Petfinder page.
All
cats are spayed/neutered, tested for FeLV/FIV and have
vaccinations appropriate for their age.
